About

Our Mission

My main aim is to inform those who support neurodiversity with the latest news regarding the movement. That news will also be aided with weekly interviews by various neurodiversity activists and allies. I hope to make the world a better place for disabled people the way I know best: with keeping audiences informed.

Background

I would have never have started this journey if it wasn’t for my fellow autistic friends inspiring me along the way. Having earned my Bachelor of Arts in journalism in 2018 and learning about the Neurodiversity Movement after college, relentless research and a lot of support led me to the point where I am today.

Core Values

In keeping with the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) Code of Ethics, I would like to add some more values I abide by personally:

  • Respect the opinions of all who comprise the autistic/autism community
  • Listen intently to feedback and adapt accordingly
  • Allow the autistic community to speak through this platform, rather than use the platform to speak for them
